Helen (Olena) Boyko is a finance and business executive with over 20 years of experience in accounting, strategic finance, business operations, and growth strategy across the United States and Europe.
She is the Founder of FinCompass, where she helps businesses gain financial clarity through accounting, bookkeeping, controller services, and Fractional CFO solutions. Helen partners with entrepreneurs and growing companies to build strong financial foundations, improve profitability, manage cash flow, create budgets and forecasts, and implement scalable financial systems.
Throughout her career, Helen has held executive finance leadership roles, guiding organizations through growth, operational change, and expansion. Her expertise includes FP&A, accounting leadership, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and strategic decision-making.
Helen also supports businesses through the SBA lending process by helping prepare loan packages, business plans, financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and required lender documentation.
